Most proteins delivered to mucosal surfaces fail to induce mucosal or systemic immune
responses. We demonstrate that a single intranasal (in) coadministration of a model antigen
(β-galactosidase, β-gal) with immunostimulatory sequence oligodeoxynucleotide (ISS-ODN)
